RAW MATERIALS CONTROL
All raw materials are inspected upon arrival at the METECNO ESPAÑA S.A. installations with specific reception controls for each type of material, thereby guaranteeing that all raw materials used fulfil their strict quality standards and offer performances that comply with the reference regulations.
PRODUCTION PROCESS CONTROL
As part of their Quality Management System, METECNO ESPAÑA S.A. carry out permanent self-control of all their production processes. Due to this, METECNO ESPAÑA S.A. guarantee the unchangeability of their declared product performances.
PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL
METECNO ESPAÑA S.A. apply a strict quality control to all of their finished products. Among others, for sandwich panels, structural tests are carried out, and tests of core density, thermal conductivity, dimensional stability, water absorption, etc. Additionally, it is verified that the manufacturing tolerances indicated in the reference regulations are respected.
LABORATORY ACCREDITED PERFORMANCES
The structural performances of the METECNO ESPAÑA S.A. construction systems, fire resistance and thermal insulation have been verified by means of test campaigns in accredited laboratories (Eduardo Torroja Institute, Tecnalia, Afiti, etc.).
